Calzaghe Fans Set To Head To Las Vegas: Thomas Cook Sport offer packages for biggest fight in boxing calendar.

Thomas Cook Sport is offering official travel packages in association with Sports Network, for the biggest fight in the boxing calendar this year between Joe Calzaghe and Bernard Hopkins, which takes place in Las Vegas on 19 April 2008.

The long-awaited light heavyweight fight between BBC Sports Personality of the Year, Calzaghe and Hopkins will see Thomas Cook Sport take British Boxing fans to Las Vegas, mirroring the British fan invasion for the Ricky Hatton versus Floyd Mayweather title fight in December last year.

Thomas Cook Sport has quickly established itself as the leading sports tour operator for boxing events following their successful tours to Las Vegas in December.

An estimated 20,000 fans are expected to travel to Las Vegas to support Calzaghe, the Pride of Wales, taking in everything that Las Vegas has to offer including Wales' own Tom Jones, who will surely be staying on in the 'City of Lights' to support his fellow countryman, following his stint at the MGM Grand which finishes shortly before the fight date.
